Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, digital software, and services provided by Swasti Ventures ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including swastiventures.in and our portfolio properties including getmeaudio.com and gurumilap.in.

1. Corporate Structure & Operating Scope

Swasti Ventures is an Indian commercial entity registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We conceive, engineer, and commercially operate software-as-a-service platforms, artificial intelligence workstations, and digital media portals. Individual venture properties may display supplementary product-level terms which operate concurrently with these terms.

2. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property

Platform Assets: All proprietary software code, website architecture, logos, visual marks, and trade designations belonging to Swasti Ventures, GetMeAudio, and GuruMilap are protected by applicable intellectual property statutes.
Creator Content (GetMeAudio): Users retain full ownership over their input texts and scripts. Upon generation and paid download via GetMeAudio, users receive a commercial license to utilize the rendered voiceover recordings across videos, podcasts, advertisements, and client deliveries.
Prohibited Actions: Users may not reverse-engineer underlying APIs, scrape synthetic voice models, attempt automated bypass of usage caps, or deploy our services to generate defamatory, deceptive, or unlawful materials.

3. Payment, Billing & Merchant Governance

All billing operations across Swasti Ventures and GetMeAudio are governed through official payment aggregator integrations:

Indian Domestic Transactions: Processed in INR via Razorpay Software Private Limited under Swasti Ventures' registered merchant facility.
International Transactions: Processed in USD and other currencies via Dodo Payments Inc. as our authorized merchant-of-record.
Prepaid Credits & AudioMinutes: Purchased credits represent prepaid usage for digital synthesis and are valid for 12 months from purchase. They do not constitute currency, deposits, or transferable balances.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Swasti Ventures' aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of its platforms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
