No unauthorized AI training: User-submitted script text and voice projects generated in GetMeAudio are not utilized to train commercial machine learning models.
Minimal collection: We only gather information strictly required to authenticate accounts, process payments, and ensure platform security.

2. What Information We Process

A. Corporate & Website Inquiries

When you submit inquiries through swastiventures.in, we receive your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message to respond to your request.

B. Product Accounts & Billing (GetMeAudio / Portfolio)

Account Identifiers: Email address and authentication tokens managed through secure providers (e.g., Supabase Auth).
Transaction Data: Top-up tier, AudioMinutes ledger, transaction reference IDs, and timestamp. Raw credit/debit card numbers and UPI pins are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay and Dodo Payments) and never stored on our servers.
Technical Logs: IP address, device browser type, and diagnostic error reports used for fraud prevention and performance monitoring.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted global infrastructure partners who process data under strict data-protection agreements:

Hosting & Edge Delivery: Cloudflare (DNS, DDoS protection, and edge CDN).
Payment Processing: Razorpay (Domestic India payments) and Dodo Payments (International merchant-of-record).
Authentication & Storage: Supabase and modern serverless datastores with encrypted rest and transit states.
